RETURNS — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is defective or corrupted, contact us and we will replace it without delay.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order appears lost, please contact us after 15 business days for domestic orders or 30 business days for international orders. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
